AMSTERDAM -- The retiring chairman of Ambanc Holding Co. Inc. has filed to sell up to 20,535 shares of his stock in the company, according to a service that monitors such activity.
The Washington Service reported that Lauren T. ``Bud'' Barnett told the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday of his intention to sell. On Tuesday, Ambanc announced that Barnett would step down following the company's annual shareholder meeting in May. …
